Can I submit before specifications are complete?
Yes. Share the application, references, known dimensions, quantity range, destination, timing, and the decisions that are still open.
Does matching guarantee a quotation or target price?
No. Matching identifies potentially relevant capabilities. Feasibility, quotation, capacity, and terms require project-specific supplier confirmation.

Which files should I upload?
Upload only authorized drawings, artwork, PDFs, photos, or CAD-related archives needed to understand the project. Direct public access is blocked.
How is my request stored?
The RFQ is stored as a Forminator submission in WordPress administration and the configured team inbox receives a notification.
Can I save a draft?
Non-file form fields can be saved locally in the current browser. Files and consent are not stored in the local draft.

What should sample approval cover?
Define dimensions, fit, function, material, finish, print, lighting, assembly, packing, and any documentation the sample must prove.
Does the platform guarantee production quality?
No. The platform may organize communication and inspection information, but the buyer and supplier remain responsible for specifications, controls, and acceptance.
How are revisions handled?
Record each revision, responsible party, updated file, decision date, and whether a new sample or proof is required.

Can DisplayHub Pro guarantee freight rates or delivery?
No. Rates, customs, transit, duties, insurance, and delivery should be confirmed with the responsible providers.
Which shipping details should I prepare?
Share destination, carton dimensions and weight, marks, ready date, incoterm preference, delivery limits, and booking responsibility.
When should packing be discussed?
Before sample or production approval whenever product protection, carton limits, store labels, kitting, or pallet rules affect the design.

Applications, profile information, review, and matching eligibility.
What information is required?
Company, contact, location, categories, materials, processes, capability, MOQ, lead time, export experience, quality workflow, and authorized evidence where available.
Does an approved application guarantee leads?
No. Eligibility means the profile may be considered when a buyer request fits the submitted capability information.
Can certifications be listed without files?
Only describe current certifications accurately. The application supports files where evidence is available; unsupported claims should not be presented as verified.
