Terms for using DisplayHub Pro’s sourcing-request, supplier-application, matching, and communication-support services.

Service role
DisplayHub Pro helps structure sourcing information, review requests, identify potentially relevant supplier capabilities, and organize communication. The platform is not the manufacturer, freight carrier, inspection authority, or contracting party unless expressly agreed in writing.
Project information
Users are responsible for providing accurate, authorized, and sufficiently complete information. Files, specifications, quantities, timelines, and destinations may need clarification before any supplier assessment or quotation.
Supplier and quotation limits
Matching does not guarantee a quotation, target price, supplier performance, capacity, certification, delivery date, or project outcome. Commercial terms should be confirmed directly in the relevant project process.
Samples, production, and inspection
Buyers should document sample approvals, production specifications, quality checkpoints, and acceptance decisions. Coordination support does not replace buyer due diligence or supplier responsibility.
Shipping and third parties
Freight rates, customs, duties, insurance, compliance, transit time, and delivery should be confirmed with the responsible providers. Third-party services may have separate terms.
Acceptable use
Do not submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, malicious, or unauthorized content. Do not misuse contact information, uploads, or platform-managed communication.
