Accurate information
Buyers and suppliers should provide accurate, current, and relevant information. Do not use unsupported claims, false credentials, or misleading project details.
Authorized files
Upload only drawings, artwork, images, certifications, and documents you are authorized to share. Do not upload malware, unrelated personal data, or confidential third-party material without permission.
Buyer contact and supplier conduct
Use platform-managed request and application routes where provided. Public pages should not expose personal bypass contact details or invite off-platform payment.
Quotation transparency
State assumptions, exclusions, MOQ, lead time, quotation validity, sample cost, and delivery responsibilities clearly. Do not present unconfirmed outcomes as guaranteed.
Records and review
DisplayHub Pro may retain inquiry and application records, request clarification, remove misleading public information, or restrict participation where platform rules are not followed.
