Platform Protection & Anti-Bypass Rules
To ensure a secure and transparent sourcing environment, DisplayHub Pro enforces strict communication and transaction rules. Keeping all interactions within the platform protects both Buyers and Suppliers.
1. Communication Rules
- No Direct Contact Info: Public supplier profiles and product pages are prohibited from displaying direct emails, phone numbers, WhatsApp/WeChat IDs, or QR codes.
- Internal Messaging: All inquiries must be handled via the Message Supplier or Contact Supplier buttons.
2. Transaction & Quote Security
- Stay Protected: All quotes, sample requests, and file exchanges must remain within the platform.
- Order Records: Maintaining a full history of communication and orders on DisplayHub Pro ensures valid documentation for dispute resolution and platform protection.
3. Prohibited Actions
- Sharing external links to other marketplaces or personal websites.
- Requesting or providing off-platform payment links.
Failure to comply with anti-bypass rules may result in account suspension for both parties.
